Who can take part

  • You are between 19 and 65 years old.
  • You have a chronic spinal cord injury at or above the T1 level (cervical) that occurred at least one year ago.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You do not use a ventilator to breathe.
  • You do not have other neurological conditions like multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, stroke, or brain injury.
