Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a brain tumor called glioblastoma that is IDH-wildtype and has come back after radiation therapy.
  • Your tumor has a specific genetic change called EGFR amplification.
  • Your doctor recommends surgery to remove the tumor or a biopsy to confirm it's growing back.
  • Your heart, kidneys, liver, and lungs are working well enough for this treatment.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you could have children, you agree to use birth control.
