- You are between 40 and 65 years old.
- You had a stroke (either ischemic or hemorrhagic) between 6 months and 2 years ago.
- You have paralysis on one side of your body.
- You have balance problems (scoring 21–40 on a balance test).
- You have trouble sleeping (scoring 15–21 on a sleep questionnaire).
- You can understand and consent to the study.
