Who can take part

  • Age between 45 and 60 years old.
  • Had a stroke that affected one side of the brain (ischemic stroke) between 2 weeks and 6 months ago.
  • Able to walk with or without help for 2–4 minutes.
  • Have mild to moderate muscle tightness (spasticity) — not too severe.
  • Able to follow simple instructions (score 24 or higher on a thinking and memory test).
