- You are pregnant and between 18 and 35 years old.
- You have a cell phone you can use.
- If you do not have pre-eclampsia yet, you must not have high blood pressure, sleep apnea, asthma that needs daily inhaler use, other lung disease, or diabetes.
- If you have been diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, high blood pressure is allowed.
