  • Be between 18 and 70 years old
  • Have a high-risk blood cancer (AML, ALL, or MDS) that has not responded to or has come back after treatment
  • Have a specific genetic type (HLA-A*02:01 and HA-1 positive)
  • Have a donor who does not have the HA-1 marker and is a 10/10 genetic match
  • Weigh no more than 100 kg (about 220 pounds)
