Engineered donor T cells after stem cell transplant for blood cancers

This trial tests specially engineered donor T cells (TSC-100 or TSC-101) given after a stem cell transplant to help prevent cancer relapse in people with AML, MDS, or ALL. It is for patients who have a specific genetic marker (HA-1 or HA-2) and a matched donor.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have AML, MDS, or ALL
  • You are planning to have a stem cell transplant from a haploidentical, mismatched unrelated, or matched unrelated donor
  • You have the HA-1 or HA-2 genetic marker (this will be tested)
  • You have the HLA-A*0201 type (this will be tested)
  • You have an ECOG performance status of 0 to 2 (can do daily activities with little or no help)
  • You agree to follow birth control rules and long-term follow-up for up to 15 years
