Who can take part
- You have a high-risk blood or bone marrow condition such as certain leukemia, MDS, lymphoma, or specific non-cancer blood disorders
- You are between 0 and 30 years old
- You can use the trial’s treatment plan because your heart, liver, and kidney tests are good enough (organ function)
- You do not have a serious uncontrolled infection when you start
- Your activity level (Karnofsky/Lansky score) is 60 or higher
- If you recently had a donor stem cell transplant, it must be more than 6 months ago (unless this is a boost)
