  • Your body mass index is between 25 and 45
  • You have been told you have fatty liver disease (MASLD or NASH stages F0-F1)
  • You usually eat over a period of 14 hours or more each day
  • You have lived in Cyprus for at least one year
  • You are registered with the Cyprus National Health System (Gesy)
