Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have a high intake of essential fatty acids (over 8000 KU).
  • You have fatty liver disease (metabolic hepatic steatosis).
  • You are not currently on a nutrition or weight-loss program.
  • You have a sedentary lifestyle (little to no physical activity).
  • You do not drink alcohol heavily or have alcohol issues.
  • You are not taking any medications, supplements, or hormones.
  • You have no other major health conditions like heart disease or tumors.
