Who can take part

  • Pain at the bottom of your kneecap when you squat on one leg.
  • Tenderness or pain when pressing on your patellar tendon (the tendon below the kneecap).
  • You have had pain in the patellar tendon from training, competition, or physical activity in the last 6 months.
  • You regularly do sports or activities that involve jumping and landing.
  • You are a professional or recreational athlete with a Tegner Activity score of 5 or higher (active in sports).
  • Your VISA-P score (a questionnaire about knee symptoms) is less than 80 out of 100.
