Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a diagnosis of septic shock (a severe infection causing low blood pressure).
- You are currently in the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Medical ICU.
- You are receiving norepinephrine (a medicine to raise blood pressure) at a dose greater than 5 micrograms per minute.
- You are not receiving any other IV blood pressure medicine besides norepinephrine.
