Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have one of several specified blood cancers or histiocytic disorders (such as Erdheim-Chester disease, myelofibrosis, or lymphoma) and have tried at least 2 prior treatments that didn't work or aren't suitable.
  • You need to be able to swallow pills and be willing to provide extra blood, bone marrow, and tissue samples for research.
  • Your blood counts, kidney and liver function must be within certain limits, and you cannot have serious heart problems or other active cancers.
  • You must agree to use effective contraception if you are of childbearing potential, and not be pregnant or nursing.
