Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of myotonic dystrophy type 2 (DM2).
  • You must be able to walk without a cane, walker, or any help from another person.
  • You must have had a normal heart test (ECG) within the last 3 months.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 20 and 30.
  • You must not have fallen in the last six months.
