  • You take 5 or more medications (including over-the-counter, supplements, cannabis, etc.) OR you take blood pressure or depression medication.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can understand the study and give your permission (consent).
  • You are willing to donate blood, urine, and a cheek swab for research.
  • You are able to answer detailed questionnaires about your health for 5 years.
  • You do not have Alzheimer's disease, a related dementia, or are in hospice care.
