Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 85 years old
- You have a venous malformation (seen on MRI) and a blood test showing high D-dimer (a sign of clotting)
- You have pain at the malformation rated 4 or higher on a 0-10 scale that limits daily life or disrupts sleep
- You weigh more than 50 kg (110 lbs)
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
