  • You have ALS symptoms for less than 3 years
  • Your ALS diagnosis is confirmed by a specialist
  • You have had a lung function test in the last 3 months that shows at least 60% of what's expected for your age
  • You can understand and follow instructions in English
  • You do not have any metal or device in your body that prevents an MRI
