Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have hardened calcium deposits (calcified nodules) in a natural heart artery, shown on an OCT scan
- You have stable chest pain or a non-emergency heart attack (not a major ST-elevation heart attack)
- The blocked artery is at least 2.5 mm and no more than 4.0 mm wide at its far end
- You are not in cardiogenic shock, not pregnant, and have no severe kidney disease
