Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have been newly diagnosed with B-ALL or T-ALL, but not Burkitt lymphoma/leukemia.
  • You have not had strong chemotherapy for ALL yet, though a small amount to manage symptoms is acceptable.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during and for 3 months after treatment if you are of childbearing age.
  • You do not have serious pancreas or liver problems, and your kidney function is adequate.
  • You must be able to give informed consent and be expected to live at least 3 months even without the cancer.
