Who can take part

  • You must be between 12 and 55 years old.
  • You must have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back or hasn't responded to treatment and tests positive for the CD19 marker.
  • Your bone marrow must have at least 5% leukemia cells (blasts).
  • Your kidney, liver, and heart function must be within acceptable ranges.
  • You must not have had a stem cell transplant in the last 8 weeks or certain cancer treatments in the last 2 weeks.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must agree to use effective birth control during and for 3 months after treatment.
