Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with both depression and insomnia by a doctor.
  • Your depression is moderate to severe (score of 17 or more on a standard depression scale).
  • You have poor sleep quality (score of 16 or more on a standard sleep scale).
  • You have never taken antidepressants or sleeping pills for this condition.
  • You can read and understand simple instructions and fill out questionnaires.
