- Your surgery was done at Qilu Hospital, Tangdu Hospital, or Daping Hospital in China.
- This was your first time having a skull repair surgery (no prior cranioplasty).
- You do not have serious health problems like severe heart, liver, kidney, or immune system issues.
- Your skull defect was not present at birth (not congenital).
- Your medical records from the surgery are complete and available.
