Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 1 month and 18 years old.
  • Your child has had or will have brain surgery (neurosurgery).
  • Your child does not have kidney or bladder problems, or a condition that causes excessive thirst and urination (like diabetes).
  • Your child is not taking medicines that make them urinate more (like water pills or certain diabetes drugs).
  • You must be able to bring your child for follow-up visits 3 months after surgery.
