  • You are currently hospitalized for mania (an episode of very high energy or mood).
  • You have a diagnosis of bipolar disorder from a doctor.
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have not used blue-blocking glasses before.
  • You do not have a serious eye disease or injury affecting both eyes.
