Adebrelimab with trastuzumab rezetecan for HER2-positive stage III lung cancer

NSCLC

Treatments studied

This trial is testing a combination of two drugs (adebrelimab and trastuzumab rezetecan) for people with stage III lung cancer that has a HER2 alteration. The tumor must be unresectable (not removable by surgery). Participants must not have had prior systemic treatment for their lung cancer. They need to have measurable disease and be in generally good health.

Trastuzumab deruxtecan for advanced HER2-positive lung cancer

This trial tests a targeted drug called trastuzumab deruxtecan in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has high levels of a protein called HER2. It may be an option if your cancer has grown after at least one prior treatment.

NCT07281209Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Targeted therapy before surgery for HER2-altered lung cancer

This trial tests a combination of two drugs (SHR-A1811 and Adebelimumab) given before surgery for people with a specific type of lung cancer that has changes in the HER2 gene. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink the tumor and make surgery more effective.

NCT07035392Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Immunotherapy plus chemo before surgery for lung cancer

This trial tests adding the immunotherapy drug Adebrelimab to standard chemotherapy before surgery for people with stage II or III non-small cell lung cancer (the most common type) that can be removed. The goal is to see if this combination shrinks tumors more effectively and improves outcomes.

NCT07630077Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
HER2-targeted therapy for advanced lung cancer without prior HER2 treatment

This study tests a combination of two newer drugs (trastuzumab rezetecan and ivonescimab) for advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose cancer cells have a specific HER2 gene change. The trial includes two groups: people who have already tried one round of treatment, and people newly diagnosed who haven't had treatment yet.

Study of a drug combo for first-line HER2-positive lung cancer

This trial tests a new combination of drugs (trastuzumab deruxtecan, pembrolizumab, and chemotherapy) as a first treatment for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has high levels of the HER2 protein. The goal is to see if this combination works better than current options.

NCT07781202Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Targeted therapy plus radiation for HER2-mutant lung cancer

This trial tests a new targeted therapy combined with radiation for people with HER2-mutated lung cancer that is progressing only in a few spots. It aims to see if this combination can help keep the cancer under control and improve outcomes.
