- Have tried and could not tolerate soft or rigid gas-permeable contact lenses
- Willing to attend all study visits and follow the treatment plan
- No active eye infection, inflammation, or history of herpes in the eye
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding
- Not currently in another clinical trial that might interfere with this one
