Who can take part

  • You are at least one year past your latest kidney transplant
  • You currently take the immediate-release form of tacrolimus (brand names like Prograf) and your levels are stable
  • Your kidney function has been stable over the last three months
  • You speak English or Spanish and have regular follow-up at Massachusetts General Hospital
  • You do not have serious memory problems, Parkinson's disease, active cancer, severe liver disease, or uncontrolled depression or anxiety
