  • You are scheduled for a brain blood vessel procedure, such as an angiogram, embolization, or clot removal.
  • You have not had surgery in the last 4 weeks, or you are fully healed from any past surgery.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have kidney failure or severe allergies to the dye used during the procedure.
  • You do not have a serious heart condition or recent heart attack within the last 3 months.
