Eye mask and earplugs to improve sleep after heart bypass

This study tests whether wearing an eye mask and earplugs at night can help you sleep better and lower the risk of confusion after heart bypass surgery. Who can take part

  • You have had coronary artery bypass (heart bypass) surgery.
  • You are at least 18 years old and no older than 79.
  • You are alert, cooperative, and can follow directions.
  • You can read and speak Turkish.
  • You do not have a diagnosed sleep disorder or take sleeping pills regularly.
  • You do not have serious hearing or vision problems (unless corrected).
