Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.
This trial tests a new drug (GDC-4198) combined with standard hormone therapies for people with advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative. It may help by improving the effectiveness of hormone therapy and slowing cancer growth.

This trial tests a new treatment (GDC-4198) alone or with another drug (giredestrant) compared to a standard combination (abemaciclib and giredestrant) for people with advanced hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has progressed after previous treatments.
This trial tests a new combination of drugs for advanced breast cancer that is both hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-positive. The treatment combines fulvestaciclib (a CDK4/6 inhibitor) with anti-HER2 therapy and endocrine therapy, aiming to slow or stop cancer growth. It may be an option if you have not yet had treatment for advanced disease.
This trial tests new drug combinations for advanced or metastatic breast cancer. It aims to see if adding HRS-2189, HRS-6209, or HRS-1358 to standard treatments works better. Participants must have tried certain hormone therapies or chemotherapies before.
This trial tests a new Bcl-2 inhibitor (BGB-21447) combined with other therapies for advanced HR+/HER2- breast cancer that has already been treated with hormone therapy and a CDK4/6 inhibitor. It aims to see if these combinations are safe and effective.
This study tests a new drug called BGB-43395 alone or with other treatments for advanced solid tumors, especially breast cancer. The goal is to find the best dose and see how well it works. It may be an option if your cancer has not responded to other treatments.
This trial tests a new pill (entinostat) combined with a standard hormone therapy (fulvestrant) for people with hormone-receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread or come back and no longer responds to current hormone treatments. The goal is to see if this combination helps control the cancer longer.
