  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have a blood cancer like lymphoma, leukemia, or multiple myeloma.
  • You have not had a stem cell transplant from a donor.
  • You have not already tried a CAR-T therapy that targets the same molecule.
  • Your overall health (including heart, lungs, liver, and kidney function) is good enough for the trial.
  • You are not pregnant and will use effective birth control during the study.
