- You are 18 or older
- You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has not been treated before with any cancer drugs

- You have at least one measurable tumor that hasn't been radiated or biopsied recently
- You are generally healthy enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1)
