Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have shoulder pain from rotator cuff or related soft tissue inflammation that has lasted more than 3 months
  • Your pain is at least moderate (40 or higher on a 0 to 100 scale)
  • You have not had a steroid injection or other shoulder injection in the last 3 months
  • You have not had shoulder surgery or a metal implant in the affected shoulder
  • You do not have large tattoos covering more than 30% of the area where the laser will be used
