If you have had a stroke in the last 2 weeks to 6 months and have shoulder pain, this trial may be an option for you.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You had a stroke between 2 weeks and 6 months ago
- You have shoulder pain on your affected side that is moderate to severe (scored 40-100 on a pain scale)
- Your thinking and memory are good (score 25 or higher on a mental exam)
- You are able to give written consent and attend follow-up visits
