CD33 CAR T for relapsed or refractory AML

Refractory/Relapsed Acute Myeloid Leukaemia

Who can take part

  • You have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to treatment.
  • Your cancer cells have a protein called CD33 on them (your doctor will test for this).
  • You are between 1 and 70 years old.
  • You have a stem cell donor ready for a transplant after this treatment.
  • You are in fairly good health (able to do daily activities) and expected to live at least 2 months.
