Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 30 and 35 years old.
  • You are overweight with a BMI between 25 and 29.9.
  • Your feet roll inward (overpronation) when you stand or walk.
  • Your navicular bone (a small bone in the arch of your foot) drops more than 10mm when you stand.
  • The angle between your hip and knee (Q-angle) is increased (between 15–18 degrees).
