Hamstring stretching for balance and flat feet

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 25 years old.
  • Both of your feet are flat or roll inward (pronated), and you have tight hamstrings in both legs.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is in the healthy range (18.5–25).
  • You have not had any surgery or repeated injuries in your legs.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and have no uncontrolled diabetes, vision problems, or sleep disorders that affect your balance.
