Who can take part

  • You are between 25 and 40 years old
  • You have flexible flat feet (confirmed by a navicular drop measurement above 10mm)
  • You are currently pain-free in your feet and legs
  • You have never had surgery on your lower legs or feet
  • You do not use shoe inserts, braces, or other foot supports
  • You have not had any foot or leg injuries in the past 6 months
