Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have smoldering myeloma that is intermediate or high risk, diagnosed within the last 2 years, or upgraded to this risk level within the last 2 years.
  • You must have measurable disease, such as a certain level of M-protein or free light chains in your blood or urine.
  • You must have adequate organ function, including normal liver and kidney tests, and enough blood cell counts.
  • You cannot have received any prior treatment for myeloma or smoldering myeloma.
