Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- The leg ulcer should be between 1 and 20 square centimeters after cleaning.
- The ulcer must have been present for at least 4 weeks but no longer than 52 weeks despite standard treatment.
- You must be willing to use prescribed off-loading methods (like special shoes or padding) and attend weekly study visits.
- Adequate blood flow to the affected foot must be confirmed by a recent test (e.g., ABI between 0.7 and 1.3 or similar).
