  • You are between 10 and 19 years old.
  • You are willing to participate and can give your own consent (or have a parent/guardian sign for you).
  • You can read and write in Turkish.
  • You have not had an orthopedic injury (like a broken bone or sprain) in the last 3 months.
  • Your weight is not in the obesity range (BMI over 30).
  • You are not currently being treated or monitored for scoliosis.
