Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 18 years old.
  • Your spine curvature (Cobb angle) is between 10 and 25 degrees.
  • Your scoliosis is not caused by another condition (like a birth defect or muscle/nerve problem).
  • You do not have any heart or lung disease that could interfere with breathing exercises.
  • You have not had any chest surgery before.
  • You do not use a walker, cane, or any other assistive device.
