Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis by a doctor
  • Your knee pain when moving is moderate to severe (between 40 and 90 on a 0-100 pain scale)
  • You have had knee pain and trouble with daily activities for at least 1 month
  • You have not had knee surgery or steroid injections in your knee in the last 6 months
  • You do not have other conditions that cause knee pain, like rheumatoid arthritis or hip problems
