Who can take part
- Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis confirmed by X-ray or MRI showing wear and tear
- Age 40–75 years old
- Mild to moderate osteoarthritis (not severe)
- Willing to attend all treatment sessions and follow-up visits
- No active cancer, skin infections, or recent knee surgery (within 6 months)
- Not pregnant, not using certain light-sensitive medications, and no uncontrolled diabetes or severe heart disease
