Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis (moderate stage).
  • You are 50 years old or older.
  • You have not had knee surgery or a serious knee injury.
  • You have not had a knee injection in the last 3 months.
  • You have not done physical therapy or a structured exercise program for your knee in the past year.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 35 or lower.
