Who can take part

  • You have knee osteoarthritis confirmed by X-ray
  • Your knee pain is at least 4 out of 10 for the past 3 months or more
  • You are able to do physical therapy
  • You have not had knee replacement surgery on that knee
  • You have not had a knee injection in the last 3 months
  • You do not have a pacemaker, cancer, epilepsy, or an active infection
