Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 60 years old
- You have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis at a moderate stage (Kellgren-Lawrence grade II or III)
- You have had knee pain for at least 3 months
- Your pain level is moderate or higher (a score of 3 or more on a 0-10 pain scale)
- You have not had knee surgery or a serious knee injury in the past
- You do not have inflammatory types of arthritis like gout or psoriatic arthritis
