Who can take part
- You are between 0 and 18 years old.
- You need a central line (a special IV placed in a large vein) as part of your medical care at our center.
- Your parent or guardian has given permission for you to be in the study.
- You do not have a single-ventricle heart condition.
- You have a normal heart rhythm (not a pacemaker rhythm).
- You are not on a breathing machine (ventilator).
- You do not have a blood clot in your inferior vena cava.
- You do not have a condition called isomerism (an organ arrangement issue).
