  • You had your first stroke between 3 months and 2 years ago
  • You are between 30 and 80 years old
  • You have some arm movement but still need improvement
  • You do not have severe arm stiffness (spasticity)
  • You are able to follow instructions and have no memory or thinking problems
  • You have not had a broken arm or hand in the last 3 months and are not in other research studies
