Tucidinostat-based treatment for untreated DLBCL

Who can take part

  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Must not have received any previous treatment for DLBCL, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy.
  • The cancer must be a type of DLBCL that shows double expression of MYC and BCL2 (at least 40% MYC and 50% BCL2) OR has certain gene changes (like TP53, EZH2, or others).
  • Must be planning to receive or already receiving a treatment plan that includes the drug tucidinostat.
  • Must be willing and able to sign a consent form to participate.
  • Cannot be enrolled in another clinical trial at the same time.
  • Must have a doctor-estimated life expectancy of at least 6 months.
